Meet The Staff
Jen Busse – Dental Hygienist
I was born and raised in Northern Kentucky. I attended University of Cincinnati and graduated from the Dental Hygiene program in 1996. For the last 21 years, I have worked in private practice in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. It is very gratifying for me as a hygienist to give care to my patients in a calm and caring atmosphere where their comfort and well-being is the main concern. I am also the proud mother of three young adults who are currently in college. I enjoy spending my free time outdoors either boating, riding motorcycles, camping, or relaxing on my horse farm.
Sondra Mitchell – Dental Hygienist
I am a lifelong resident of Northern Kentucky. I graduated from The University of Cincinnati in 2014. As a Dental Hygienist, I sincerely enjoy getting to know each patient’s unique personality and helping them achieve their best and healthiest smile. I love to provide a comfortable, caring and clean environment so that every patient is assured that they are receiving the best care possible.
Outside the dental office, I love spending time with my husband, family and friends. We love to travel, explore new restaurants and spend time outdoors. One of my favorite holidays is Halloween. My husband and I love to spend hours on our themed costumes each year for our trips to New Orleans. We are lucky to still have our 22 year old cat named Boo. She’s still a bit of a scaredy cat!
Marty Riggle – Dental Assistant
I was born and raised in Northern Kentucky and reside in Boone County. I’ve been in the dental field for 29 years. I strive to continue to learn and stay on the cutting-edge of technology to better assist our patients maintain a healthy and beautiful smile. It is a pleasure assisting our patients through their dental procdures and to give reassurance for apprehensive patients. I’m proud to be part of a team-oriented practice.
I’ve been married for 11 years and have one son, two step-daughters, and eight amazing grandchildren. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, being outdoors hiking, swimming, riding our motorcycle and camping.
Samantha Ruschman – Scheduling Coordinator
I currently reside in Northern Kentucky. I graduated from the Institute of Dental Technology in 2018 and have loved dentistry ever since! I love being able to help patients to make sure they have a great experience every time they come into the office. In my free time, I like to spend time with my friends watching new tv shows or movies. I also enjoy taking my dog Max on walks and to the dog park.
Amanda Mix – Treatment Coordinator
I pride myself on going the extra mile for our patients and their families. I hope to make their experience easy and enjoyable. With my 10 years of dental experience, I help patients understand their treatment needs, make the most of their insurance benefits and work with them to find financial arrangements that fit with their budget. I do my best to make sure everything runs smoothly, for our patients and for our team.
When I am not at the office, I am with my young daughter. I love being outside and trying fun new things.
